The Zuccon Family has more than 25 years of tradition in the production of coffees. The farm has 220 acres with one million feet of coffees. Edmar Zuccon achieves high productivity and very high quality in its lots, with the application of cultivation and processing techniques adapted to the conditions of the region. With great acumen, he found the natural vocation of varieties and processing for the place. Mr. Zuccon s credited with developing the double fermentation process. The first one, soon after the harvest, induces the appearance of very particular aromas and flavors, and the second for the pulp.
